Workshop at Grosse Pointe Library

The Grosse Pointe Central Library (built by Marcel Breuer) recently renovated their fabulous Herbert Matter mural titled "History of writing". Together with my friend Jackie Rybinski I tought an art workshop for youth inspired by the mural.
The results were impressive and the newly created mural titled "Beyond the Wall" will be displayed at the Grosse Pointe Art Center from October 3 - 22, 2014

Title Illustration for The Mitten

 I was honored to be invited to design the title page for the spring edition of SCBWI's The Mitten.
